The full colour card shows an image of Queen Elizabeth II on the front. There is historical information about the sixpence on the back.

Sixpence coins have always had a tradition of bringing luck to those who have them. They were baked into Christmas puddings at Christmas time and worn in the brides shoe on her wedding day.

This original coin is struck in cupro-nickel and was minted by the Royal mint.
