Roman Dolphin Ring - Gold Plated

Product Description: This Roman Dolphin Ring is made from lead-free pewter that is 22ct gold plated and is made up of two dolphins connected side-by-side by their noses. The ring size can be changed to make it larger or smaller. The ring is supplied in a clear blister mounted to an information card. The information card depicts a Roman mosaic on the front and describes how the Romans worshipped different gods on the reverse.

Information: Across the Roman and Greek empires, people worshipped hundreds of different gods, goddesses, demi gods and spirits. Their images would appear on architecture, houshold items and jewellery. Our ring is decorated with a dolphin which was attributed to the Roman water god, Neptune and later, the Greek god of the sea, Poseidon.
