Spitfire Magnet

Product Description: This Spitfire magnet is made from lead-free pewter and has a magnet attached to the back. The magnet is mounted on an information card that has an image of two Spitfires on the front and has information about the Spitfire during World War II on the reverse.

Information: The Supermarine Spitfire is a British single-seat fighter aircraft that was used by the Royal Air Force and many other Allied countries before, during and after World War II.

It was the most famous plane of World War II with its ground breaking design and superior specifications. This gave the British a decisive advantage fighting the Luftwaffe during the Battle of Britain in 1940 as well as later in World War II in the defence Malta and during the D-Day invasion in 1944.
