Information: Stegosaurus is an herbivorous, four-legged, armoured dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period. They were large, heavily built, with rounded backs, short forelimbs, long hindlimbs, and tails held high in the air. They were characterised by distinctive kite-shaped upright plates along their backs and a tail tipped with spikes.
