Westair Reproductions terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on www.westair-reproductions.com and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

All of our products are REPRODUCTION and are sold as such.

Please also read our Privacy Policy section regarding personal information provided by you and our Deliveries document regarding post, packing and delivery timescales.

By using this website you are fully accepting the terms and conditions contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions you must immediately stop using this website.

In no event will Westair Reproductions or its related companies be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or the reliance upon the Information or any product referred to in the Information. Westair Reproductions shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained at this Web Site, and reserves the right to make changes without notice. Accordingly, Westair Reproductions and third party information is provided 'AS IS'. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your computer, mobile phone or any other such device, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your device, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your device resulting from the use of this website. 

Registration and Account Details

When you register with us you must guarantee that all of the information which you provide is true, accurate and up to date. If any of the information provided subsequently changes you must inform us immediately.

You are wholly responsible for the confidentiality and maintenance of your password and personal account details and any activities that occur under your account. If you have any reason to suspect that your password has become known to someone else, has been or is likely to be used without your authorisation you should contact us immediately.

Westair Reproductions shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your account details or password.

Supply of Goods

The supply and delivery of goods can be made to the UK and all countries in Europe as well as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, subject to our approved payment methods.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Prices

The price you pay is the price shown on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We do file details of your order. Please read data protection policy for details of how these can be obtained.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, however we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to the returns and refunds section below.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Refunds and Returns 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from delivery. You must notify us by completing the Product Returns form of your intention to cancel within 14 days from delivery together with your reasons for the return. After notification we will send a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) E-mail together with an RMA number and confirmation of the amount of the refund and where to send the goods.

Refunds are given less our costs. These include postage costs as paid by you when ordering and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing charges.

Goods must be returned complete 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging and in ‘AS NEW’ condition.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of our RMA being issued. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

You must organise the return of unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number. The RMA is valid for up to 14 days only.

A refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition: You will receive a refund less our costs. These include postage costs as paid by you when ordering and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing charges.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you upon your approval. In certain circumstances we may accept goods back not in a re-sellable condition. In these circumstances a restocking fee of 25% will be levied against the purchase price of the product. Original postage costs paid by you and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing costs will not be reimbursed.

Defective items must be returned to Westair Reproductions within 14 days from authorisation to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or alternate product will be offered at our discretion.

Jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of this contract.

Changes To Our Terms & Conditions

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
