Tudor Thimble

Product Description: This Tudor Thimble is made from lead-free pewter. It is supplied with a full-colour information card that has images of the Tudor Royal Coats of Arms and Roses on the front. There is also historical information which explains about the thimbles in Tudor times. The thimble and folded card are supplied in a clear box.

Information: Thimbles in Tudor times and later became more ornate and personal to the user. Indeed, it was quite common for the more expensive thimbles to be engraved either with initials of the owner or their Coat of Arms. This particular thimble had the Tudor Rose on the front aspect and the Tudor Coat of Arms on the reverse.
